About Us

MIT (Mobile Interactive Technologies), founded in the year 2002, offers a host of mobile solutions designed to open new revenue streams for GSM operators, value added service providers, content aggregators, and other businesses. As being a leader in its business, MIT provides organizations with the technology enablement that will boost the use of their applications to its fullest potentials. In addition to the communication taking place between businesses and their customers through IVR (Interactive Voice Recognition) systems offered by MIT.

 

MIT, headquartered in Jordan, managed to establish its presence through fully operational offices in KSA, Palestine, Syria, Yemen, and Tunisia. Reaching contractual agreements with GSM operators allowing us to enable value added service providers to reach mobile users in any of these countries.  And as part of its methodology, MIT is currently in the process of establishing representative offices in Oman, Sudan and Libya.

 

Using MIT’s proprietary content management system, Service Factory, our VAS division provides and delivers premium content to end users.MIT has also reached several service agreements which allow content providers to share their content with end users, as well as the developing of the content which is done in-house.

  • Mobile Bureau

 

Our Mobile Bureau division is responsible for reaching commercial service agreements with leading GSM operators. The acquisition of new contracts allows us to offer our services to more mobile users. The value added services we offer through GSM  includes, and not limited to; competitions, public sector services, localized mobile entertainment, ring tones, logos, picture messages, RBT, MMS, and Java games. We also offer IVR solutions for PSTN connections.

 

  • Features

 

MIT has released a proprietary IVR system under the brand name Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain`s main differentiators are its modulator structure and that it allows multi  main protocol support R2, ISDN and SS7 (Both blue and white book). Over and above, Blue Mountain supports Fax on demand and voice recognition.
